Report: GLRI 2020 United Kingdom

“The Geography of Work” in collaboration with Oxford University Said Business School, ManpowerGroup, and the Institute for the Future of Work. GLRI 2020 highlights the level of future unemployment risk countries face based on structural, policy and technological shifts as well as geographical inequalities.

Some of the key insights of the UK addressed in this year’s report include:

• Greater London ranks the highest on the labour resilience index of the region
• Scotland ranked 5th in the UK labour resilience index driven by a strong performance in education, employment, and education
• North-East with the highest unemployment rate
