Wooten Wildlife Area Flood Plain Improvements, Spring and Rainbow Lakes

White Shield provided topographic surveys of lakes, streams, and assets to the support Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife project for the Wooten Wildlife Flood plain improvements in the Tucannon River area.   The FMP identified initiatives to improve ecological functions and recreational opportunities and addressed facility deficiencies for the eight man-made lakes (the Tucannon Lakes) and Tucannon River floodplain within the W.T. Wooten Wildlife Area.   The lakes requiring bathymetric and topographic mapping including Rainbow Lake, Spring Lake, Deer Lake, Watson lake, Beaver Lake, and Big Four Lake.  The lakes were built using an series dikes that required detail mapping along with any intake and outlets, diversion structures, trails, parking and docks for fishermen.  Deliverables were provided in AutoCAD Civil 3D forma
